Its going to happen naturally. It all comes down to practice and focus.. you cant always have peak performance and to have consistency you have to give it 100% everytime. Jamie, its going to come and go, just have to stick with it.

think ive over done it if anything nav   give it a few days and get back on it seeing as there is a few matches to be played ya get me

Cary Davies v Jamie Sampson

1st frame.  It wa a nip and tuck frame Jamie pinching it on the brown with Cary needing snookers
2nd frame. Once again could of gone either way win Cary missing a straight blue in the green bag to take it but Jamie took the last 3 colours to make it 2 nil
3rd frame   By this time Jamie had a bit of luck and capitialised and made breaks of 25 and 40 to secure a win
4th frame.  Another close frame with flukey pots( me) and snookers by both it went down to a black ball game which Jamie obliged to leave

A scrappy encounter should of been a draw in fairness but I managed to make a few winning breaks and a vital clearance in the 2 nd frame to win on the pink . Very unlucky Shaun. See u next season pal  :happy:

Jamie Sampson 3 - 1 Nick Kirkman

1st frame nick made a couple of 16's to go 30 odd infront but then Jamie brought it back by making a 45 nick then took yellow and green and then shared brown blue and pink to make it a black ball game a few safety shots later Jamie went in off 1 nil to nick
2nd frame Jamie started to get his eye in once again and made 2 breaks 1 of 44 and then a 35 .....1 - 1
3rd frame A mistake by nick left Jamie in reds again making a 31 and a few 16's to make it 2 - 1
4th frame  pots an misses by both players until 3 reds was left on Jamie then made a another nice break of 41 to secure the win which was needed to try and sneak 2 nd from under steve butlers nose  :laugh:
