Messy frame but lots of snooker potentials on the colours. Pete took the b & p

A.C. didnt hit the mark and let Russ get away. A.C. took g,b,b & p to lead by 2 but double-kissed the black leaving Russ a simple black into the yellow pckt
Andy & Pete  54  Les & Steve 32
Close frame all through. The C.H. pair needed ONE snooker on the pink. After a bit of safety Steve went in-off giving the frame to Arnold.
3-1 to Arnold, should have been 4-0

A VERY good win for Rob against 1st team substitute R.T.
Kirk Wesselby  21  Jordan Parnham  56

1-3 to City Hospital.

Always a good night aganst these guys and a good chin-wag. BUT another point dropped, AND with pegasus also dropping a point, virtually handing the championship to University.

Thanks for putting those scores on Alan - just beat me to it. Yes as usual an enjoyable night and plenty of opinions about the proposed new format...thats for another day.

Great wins for Russ Kirk and Jordan Parnham who are both having good seasons. The race to be top of the City Hosp averages is a tight one - might be time for Jordan to go on number 1 next time!

I'd take issue with the 'should have been 4-0' bit though! All the frames at City were reported as being fairly close so I think you did well to get a 3-1. (unless you meant we deserved a 4-0?)

Anyway we're pleased with a draw, a further sign we're improving this season.

Cheers
Rob.

Wouldn't say we've won the title yet, we keep on 'just' winning so there's certainly potential for some slip ups! Having said that the league table going to Christamas does look rather nice for us!!
