Post by: Mike Langdon on 24 October 2007
Pegasus     6   Sherwood Social Club ?B?      2
Chris Brooks 60

Pegasus ran out 6-2 winners over bottom of the table Sherwood Social Club ?B?.  A relieved Chris Piech finally put an end to his winless start to the season at the fourth time of asking whilst Scott Bates inconsistency continued with a loss to Gareth Evans. Mike Langdon impressed in his frame with a timely 31 break helping him to back-to-back wins, he then continued his good form in the doubles as the team came away from Sherwood 3-1 winners.
At home Chris Brooks knocked in a 60 break to keep his 100% record whilst Steve Booth got back to winning ways sinking blue, pink and black to pinch his frame.  Pegasus debutant Andy Orange lost but it was of no concern as Chris Brooks and Steve Booth made sure of victory for Pegasus by winning a scrappy doubles frame.
