After starting strongly with Matt Savage winning the first leg for Lenton's away team, Arnold took the next two legs to take a 2 - 1 lead going into the doubles. Chris Winters then made sure of a 3 - 1 scoreline with a good 56 break, to take control of the doubles leg for Arnold.
At Lenton it finished 2 - 2, with wins for Lenton coming from Joe Lunney, and the pairing of Lunney and Adam Shaw in the doubles.
