£10 payable in cash to any NBSA Committee member or by cheque payable to "Notts Billiards & Snooker Association". Cheques can be posted to Steve Butler, 112 Leake Road, Gotham, Nottingham, NG11 0JN.
Who can enter?
Any amateur snooker player who is under 21 years old on 30 September 2010 and who plays at a club within the Nottinghamshire county boundary or resides at an address with an NG postcode
Main tour professionals cannot enter
The NBSA retain the right to refuse entry
Player details
All entrants must provide their full name and a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile number.
Rules
The competition will be played in accordance with the official rules of snooker as published by the WPBSA and IBSF (http://www.ibsf.info/rules-snooker.shtml). The miss rule will be played unless both pairs of competitors elect not to play it.

Match venue
All matches will be played at Beeston Snooker Hall, Villa Street, Beeston who are the competition sponsors.
Format
The competition will be played on one day (round robin group format). Entrants will receive prior notice and will be consulted in order to agree a date convenient for everyone.
Referees
A referee will be provided for the final and a roving referee will be available on the day.

I'm planning this for the end of March, but not had a chance to arrange the venue and fianlise with all of the players yet.

Hello Wayne, due to playing in an important tournament on Sunday March 27th I would not be able to make that date. Would it be possible to arrange it for a different day please ? Thank you

I spoke to Ryan Barnsdale yesterday said to him the competition will properbly be on the 26th april, I told him to let the other newark lads know, Is that ok wayne?

Sean this is only indicative, we need to firm up the date.
But hopefully it will be ok, will let you know once we have organised it all.
