Just got back from an easb event (well got back at 3 and had a nap).
Lost first round to a guy call John Astley. I had a 93 (With 2 reds left), and 87 and a 55 and lost 4-2. He had a 72 and a couple of 50's.
Juddy got through his first match and I think will play John Astley, if he won the match after mine.
Just thought of letting you lads (especially the younger ones) know what the standards are like at these events - very high.
I am a little gutted on this occasion, as I have been playing some great snooker lately. It is a frustrating game !!
It's great to have this snooker forum as it is a form of therapy to get things off your chest - it's a little like a counselling session !!!
Anyway, come over it now as I have been acting like a kid playing with the little un and had some great fun- can't beat it !!!
Hope to see some of you for the first event at pegasus tomorrow.
