Dear all,
A few of you will have noticed that I have been sporting a stupid looking goatee/moustache this month.
This is all in the aid of the Movember Prostate cancer appeal and requires that I look a fool for a month (I know I have looked like that for a long time now!!!)
Anyway, if you fancy sponsoring me you can go to the Movember website http://mobro.co/WayneM and donate.
It's a great charity and cause.
Cheers,
Wayne
Well done Wayne!

Daer Wayne martin
I have known you for many years now , dating back years from the old Stadium handicap days – oh those were the days when many sant had 3 eyes and not the 4 he has now and could pot balls off the lampshades. Can you remember that chubby lad (steve, I was gonna say fat, but I got to be careful now) called Roland who was on about an 80 odd start.
I once got drawn against him and he went to my school. I said if you beat me I'm gonna beat you up at school. He got terrified, I don't know why cause I was a skinny rake and if he gave me one punch , I'd have gone flying, anyway, I beat him on a black ball game and he started crying and you made us play a single frame decider which he won.
Anyway, I known you a long time and I have always found you to be just like myself, a very fair and honourable person, both on and off the table. There are not many around like you. In fact I can only count me and you, so that makes only 3.
Anyway Wayne, as you know, I have a habit when I start on here and in full flow to go on about absolutely nothing and sometimes I forget the point I was gonna make and then have to do another post and then the same happens again....etc....etc.
On this occasion, I will get straight to the point.
I will gladly sponsor you in your attempt to make a fool of yourself. Well done and it is such a worthy cause as are the many other causes people try to raise funds for. I hope this post will also encourage others to come forward and sponsor you. I will give to £5 on Sunday at the handicap finals.
Cheers buddy
Bash
LOL - Thanks Bash - I do remember your best mate from the Stadium (Steven Rowland).
I think it's great that you had him as the best man at your wedding and he is also godfather to your children - what a guy you are :)
Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday and watching you and Mr Moore cross swords once again.
I am currently waiting on confirmation from Danny Di Folco that they are playing on Sunday, so we may have reserves going into the draw (in order of course).
Tom Walters has pulled out and his place will go to Steve Butler.
So now it will be Hanzla Zahid vs Steve Butler in the last 16.
I will update the draw as soon as possible so the reserves know if they are needed on Sunday or not.
Thanks again Bash, your support is appreciated.
