Title: Jon returns to winning ways at Old Mill Social Club
Post by: NS Admin on 31 March 2013
What a lovely surprise venue number eight turned out to be. Old Mill Social Club is possibly Stapleford's best kept secret. The club has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the snooker table is situated on the first floor in a very nice room which is the perfect size.

Having lost the previous frame, Jon was determined to narrow the gap and he did just that, winning the frame in style and clearly enjoying the surroundings.

I can fill you guys in on another club.

Millers in kirkby had a knock there today with callum lakin, has 6 tables tucked away in a back room, tables in need of some work and a bit on the cold side. Guy behind the bar was really nice though we only played for about hour and half and was only charged £2.50.

hard place to find though if you dont know where your going, you need to park in morrisons carpark and its down the side of an accountants (i think it was) on the other side of the road to where u enter morrisons.

Cheers James.  It's on our list but I didn't know how many tables it had so that's good to know.

Do you think Callum would be interested in entering the Under 21s?
