Jogia playing off ?49 performed miracle?s to reach the final winning three frames on the black with clearances of 93, 97 and 114 and made a 101 break in the semi finals to defeat youngster Leon Munslow 2-1.
Jogia conceded starts of maximum 100 three times, 84, 49 and 91 on his way to the final.
Newark pair Dave Jobling and Lewis Berry spilt the plate final money.
Ben Woollaston reached the plate semi finals also off ?49 making breaks of 103 and 131.
