Played at my new club at The Embankment on table 1. I got off to good start winning the first two frames. Dan tightened up on frame 3 which I won on the black and frame 4 continued in a similar vein which Dan won on the blue.

Well played Harvey. Great potting for the first 2 frames with a more than meaningful 25 break in frame 2. Can tell you are new to The Embankment (my old stomping ground) as we were actually on table 4. This is a good table for keeping it tight but I correct you only as it highlights the quality of your break much more.  Decided to be boring for a long third frame but as we all know you still need to pot the balls eventually and having been 14 all in points on the colours (tells you why it was a 40 minute frame) I missed a long black - it was a well deserved win for you to take it and the points.
Still taking the last frame does break a sequence of 9 losing frames as I went from being 2-0 up last season to go 2-2 then lose 4-0 in our return match and started 3-0 down tonight. So not all bad news.
