CRAIGIE WINS AGAIN
LEADS RANKINGS

Stephen Craigie, Newcastle defeated fellow ex professional Leo Fernandez, London 6-3, Willie Thorne SC, Leicester to win his 2nd successive title on EASB Pro Ticket Tour to lead the rankings with one event remaining plus the last 32 of the English Amateur still to count in the final totals.

Up from 3rd place Craigie leads on 1119 points, 2nd semi finalist Adam Wicheard 1003 and Event 1 leader Kuldesh Johal slips to 3rd 989 points, 4th Rob James,
5th semi finalist Antony Parsons who made the days highest break 128 whilst beating Johal 5-2 in the last 16.

6th Kyren Wilson, 7th Jamie O'Neill and 8th David Craggs, Craigie, James, O'Neill and Craggs have all been eliminated from the English Amateur.

The winner opened Event 2 final with a break off 55 going onto lead 3-1, Fernandez breaks of 67 and 56 for 3-2 and 4-3, Craigie comfortably winning the last two frames.

Craigie who has already won the English Premier Junior Tour started the first day with two 5-2 victory's over Syd Wilson and Ben Harrison 84 and 68 breaks only followed with two 5-3 verdicts Adam Duffy who made a 92 in the first frame,
Craigie 72 and 76 plus runs of 55,45,45 and 47 to beat Parsons.

Fernandez overcame James McGouran 5-4 after leading 4-2, David Craggs 5-1,
70 and 66 breaks, Stuart Carrington 5-2, 81 and 65 finally Wicheard 5-2 the loser
91 break.

Ian Glover made breaks of 60,61,55,55 in his first match then led Carrington 4-0 with efforts of 52,61 and 106 only to lose 5-4, Carrington 85.

Ben Harrison from 4-2 down to Sean Bullock 55,92 finished with runs of 101,72 and 67.

Daniel Ward made breaks of 114,66 and 58 but lost 5-3 to Craggs and Elliot Bastable ran in scores of 64,58,69 and 106 in the decider to beat Martin O'Donnell.
