It was agreed at the meeting held on 11 October 2007 that prizes would be paid in this competition for the 2007/08 season.

The value and number of prizes will depend on the prize fund which will come from the commission raised in the league webshop.  50% of all monies raised through the webshop will be used to purchase prizes.

The more money we raise the more likely it is that runners-up, semi finalists and maybe even quarter-finalists will receive prizes.  So if you enter this competition and want to win a prize get spending in the webshop.  Tell your friends and family too.  It all counts!

The best offers at the moment are:

Contract mobile phones - ?28 to ?60 commission
Insurance (Home/Car/Life) - ?50 to ?70 commission
Donations to charities (direct debit) - ?18 to ?40 commission
Sky TV - ?90 to ?120 commission

To give you an idea how good this is, I have just changed my life insurance over to Legal & General through our shop.  This has saved me 25% on my monthly premiums and generated ?50 commission, of which ?25 will go into the prize fund and the other ?25 will be available for general league funds.
