At Wollaton - Alan CUNNINGHAM beat Ivan NOON 63-33, Ken CUNNINGHAM lost to Rex BENSON 27-74, Bill BURTON beat Adam WINSOM 63-31. In the pairs Alan & Bill beat Ivan & Rex 66-39,  Total 219-177 (plus the handicap 40  -  217),  Arnold won by 2.

At Arnold - The home side were without their holidaying No.1 Sean KELLY. Gordon GUNN got the visitors off to a flyer beating Andy NICHOLS 46-81, but Stan CANDLER levelled it out, winning his frame 81-19. Pete ELLINS kept up his 100 % record (just) and consolidated Arnolds lead, winning 50-42. 
Stan & Chris WOOD already knowing the result at Wollaton wrapped it up winning 49-31.  Totals 228-173. Arnold by 55 + 2 from away leg.
