Congratulations to Bash Maqsood who won event 9, beating James Moore 2 nil in the final.

Maqsood beat Nav Hussain 2-1 in the first semi final with Moore defeating Chris Brooks by 2 frames to nil in the other semi final.

Maqsood picked up £60 for the victory but more importantly 3000 ranking points to move him closer to qualifying for the grand final in November. Moore picked up £30 for runner up and also 2000 ranking points.

Highest break of the day was a great 96 by Nav Hussain, pipping Wayne Martin's earlier 95.

also after how baad i played yesterday i am so happy to have got a frame of the legend Bash masood well done me. :blush:
and after he said i did well i said no mate i played a tiny bit better than crap so then we took the 21 handicap of the final score and i beat him still with a fair bit so that adds to my confidence now. :blush:

Sean - you just have to watch those crazy shots mate - not giving easy chances away.

There were some dangerous players there yesterday - who will take advantage :-)

Keep practising mate, playing those sort of players will only improve your game.

I agree mate i can get a bit wild some times then left wondering why my chin is touching the ground i guess i'm lacking experience.
