I didn't hold out much hope for Cotgrave in this match but that is a brilliant performance!

Its not really been the elites year so far in cup competions has it.

Just to rub it in knocked in 1st round in nottm n notts by my fine team.
Didnt qualify in Naz house out of group stages.
Knocked in 1st round in secretary sheild.

Yes well played Cotgrave. I think with this result we can lay to rest the myth that Cotgrave don't travel well.

Think it's only Pegasus A left in the comp out of the 1st division sides and as Super Elites have found out having to make up -hcp points is a tall order in a pairs format.

A wide open competition which I think will be won by a lower division team. My money is on the Lodge (sorry for jinxing it for you guys)

Yep that's somewhat of a shock result you may well say, obviously the 'Elites' being fave's there to win,but it's always nice to see other teams giving them a run for their money, and coming out on top on this occasion.
I agree with Mike,it's now a 'wide-open' comp' now and evrything to play for,for the teams that remain . . .

'GOOD LUCK TO THE REMAINING TEAMS'
