The EGM on 8 November voted to implement, with immediate effect, the following rules applicable to team matches:

 If a team is unable to field at least 3 players at either the home or away venue (meaning it will not be able to play all 3 singles frames) it will not be allowed to play the 4th (pairs) frame and must forfeit all unplayed frames to the opposing team.

 Players cannot play for two teams from the same club if both teams play in the same division.

 Teams who are forced to postpone a match must inform the opposing team?s manager and the league secretary by 8pm the previous day.  Failure to do so will result in the match being awarded 8-0 to the opposition.

All managers are also reminded of the following rule regarding referees for league and cup matches:

 Home teams are to provide referees for all matches.  If this is not possible due to reasonable circumstances, the matter should be discussed by both teams before the start of the match and every effort should be made to provide a referee from either the home or away team for each frame.
