Division 1

The top of the table clash between Arnold A and Pegasus featured a mouthwatering tie between Tony Hart and world number 18 Michael Holt and it was Hart who came out on top with a superlative display.  Hart's win helped his team to a 6-2 victory over their rivals.  Lenton took advantage by beating BCI 8-0 and moving into second place.  Hillcrest A are showing an improvement in form and they had a good 6-2 win over Sherwood.  Mapperley remain bottom of the table after losing to Cotgrave 6-2.

Division 2

Arnold B drew level on points with Wollaton after an excellent 6-2 win for Alan Cunningham's side.  West Bridgford have developed into a very good side but they only just managed to beat Hillcrest B 5-3.  Top of the table Stadium Leisure went down 5-3 to Oakleigh Lodge.  Stadium's Mark Bradley fluked the final black to make it 2-2 at Oakleigh, much to the annoyance of Spider Wilkinson who played some excellent snooker.  However, Stadium's home team struggled and 85 year old Clarrie Plowman was the only player to win a frame.
