The trophies will bear the name

N.E.D.S.C. Handicap competition 2011 or N.E.D.S.C. Scratch competition winner/runner up/high break.

This is because I got naff all help form those on that forum with this and the venue were very accomodating, so from now on this tournament will be named after the venue and probably more likely known as the North East....

Also as I'm looking at raising the cost of entry and thus guarnteeing very decent cash prizes for next year as well as bigger trophies I'm going to let you all keep the ones you won this year.

I hope to have a date and format set for next years event before this month us out so that you can all stick it on your snooker calanders well in advance!

DOUBLE DELIGHT, AS NOTT'S PAIR SEAN & KWOK WIN CUP & PLATE @ WILLIE THORNES!!!

After the superb experience and silverware @ Chesterfield it was Willie Thones the next stop! Sean playing very well a deserved winner of the cup! Cpt Kwok flying high to victory in the plate racking up a good couple 50+ 40+ and a fair few 30+'s on his way to victory in what was another good day for the Nottingham pairing! 

It's alot easier now I figured which end of the stick I should be using again!!!  :laugh: :laugh:

Well done kwok and Sean. Looks like you two are hustling all over the UK. I am keeping a close eye on you. Well done lads, good to see  nottm lads winning at leicester. Leicester has a strong snooker base and for some reason nottm has always lagged way behind. Hope to see you ay the q school next. Year .

Had a great session myself yesterday, with the Chinese player LAN Wembo. He had 129 & 96 and I had two back yo back 70's. He won the session 4-2. I think hecs a top 32 player. I was happy to have had the chance. It was just a stroke of luck. I went up for a practice on my own at Sheffield for PTC 1 and just asked him for a game. I have got the bug for them star tables. Surely, its time fir some club in nottm to get one. It will save me a lot of time and money.

As for our local legends, nav and Wayne. Well, you two great players and nice guys too, battling out another match. Well done nav, playing well lately, and bad luck Wayne.  When you playing juddy nav.

BASH, juddy still in bulgaria i think, soon as he gets back when ever that is, will arrange it with him. Dont know what venue its gonna be, but steve going to arrange ref for that match.

Looks like your playing well bash, to get frames against the top 32, it takes some doing. Your cueing well, so all the best for the ptc events, may be you can take hanzla with you... he driving me NUTTY !!!!  LOL  :laugh: :laugh:

Had a knock on the match table at the BCI today, a shame to see the place completely empty except for me and the steward!

Renewed my memebership too, so will enter next years competitions, apparently I had membership as recently as 2008, though I have absolutely no idea how???

Trophies delivered on Thursday evening fellas, looking forwards to getting hammered by you all too, and congratulations on you victories chaps!

well wayne, i think thursday is the worst night in that place. I will make a special effort and try and get there , do you know what time you will be ther, because i normally go for a late hour on thursday at about 10, but i doubt you will be there that late so let me know so i can try and get there earliar.
