What are your memories of this once great club?

Only just seen this post.

Gotta say i have fond memories of hillcrest as its where i played my 1st ever match, after recieving a phone call out of the blue from Ron (owner of masters at the time), saying that one of there snooker teams was in need of a player for that paticular night (i believe bob couldnt make it) and would i be interested in helping them out.

And thats where it all began for me and some yrs later here i am still going.
