Beeston Titans 5-2 Arnold Aces (16/06/09)

Beeston Titans went went four points clear of Stadium Sharks at the top of division one thanks to a 5-2 win against joint bottom Arnold Aces.  James Booth got the Aces off to a flyer with an excellent 2-0 victory over Clint I'Anson.  Neil Jones then levelled the match with a 2-0 win against Aces captain James Notman.  The impressive Ant McMahon, who hasn't dropped a frame since the opening day, defeated Kirk Wesselby 2-0 in the final game, also securing the all important break point with a run of 31.
