this was always going to be a tough match for spencer/winter giving away 21 start in each frame,
FRAME 1.
a few balls potted by both teams, with gary laying a tough snooker for richard, which let chris in to start and clear the table, with chris on a break of 47 pots the black only to see the white go in off in centre pocket leaving 27 on the table and malc/richrad 27 behind , malc and .
richard clawed there way back in but to no avail as chris potted the last couple of balls to seal the frame. 1-0 gary/chris

FRAME 2
richard and malc started well this frame with malc not missing many opportunities that were coming his way. gary was playing some excellent safety to keep richard at bay and with a good snooker laid behing the green from gary, richard escapes and pots a red and lands perfect on the black, this was to be the frame that turned the match around for malc/richard, with gary and chris needeing some 4/5 snookers conceded  the frame 1-1

FRAME 3
malc raced out of the traps this frame with a 19 break to put himself /richard 40 points up. then a few shots later gary/chris were 56 behind with all to play for with plenty left on the table, gary starts potting some balls with a timely 39 break pots the blue and hits the pink on top cushion full ball and position lost with the last 3 reds on the table it was gonna be a close frame chris pots the last 2 reds left on his next visit with blue and green respectively, pot y,g and misses the brown. malc misses brown leaving gary half chance and misses and leaves richard in to pot brown and blue, and with a great positional shot from blue to pink from richard sent the white ball around the table, leaves himself slightly hampered by black, misses pink gary/chris 13 behind 13 on table, after good safety shots from malc then gary.richard leaves the pink for chris to pot followed by black. respot here we go, malc/richard win toss put gary/chris in  gary plays black top cushion to baulk cushion leaving half a chance for richard, he misses and sets it up for chris.

a great game played from both sides , shame there has to be a loser. unlucky malc/richard

hi steve,
i will speak to chris and see what his availablilty is and i will let you know,
yeah for sure thought we lost our chance in the final frame against malc/richard, but me/chris we both dug deep , with just the colours on i said to richard this will go to the last ball, and apparently malc said the same to chris, low and behold it did, close finish to what was a very tough match against 2 very tough opponents. and now we got to do it all again against you and matt,doh!!!!!  but at least its at our place this time , after the time me and james notman had against you both last season. should be a good match regardless. look forward to it steve.
