What a great day!!!

A fantastic 31 players turned up today, I thought I'd put a post on here about how the day went for Me and Toby Simpson!!!

Round 1 I got thomas goldstein and I won 2-1, Toby had a very tuff draw and lost to one of the favourites, A lad called Clayton!!!

Round 2 I drawn under 16's easb 2010/11 champion Liam Clark, He got off to a flyer but I managed to get flowing and ran out a 2-1 winner, I was very pleased with my win over him!!

Quarter finals I drawn another favourite Ashley Carty, I lost to him, But I still enjoyed the day a lot.

Toby Simpson then went into the plate and unfortunatly lost in the final,

Big thankyou to Simon Goldstein for a fantastic day, He ran the tournament very well!!!!!

good turnout sean! met clayton friday nite at our presentation night heard great things about him! what was the high break of the day? what is the easb comp u speak of! how did hannah jones do any idea! and young harry farell? were was the lad from who beat you in the quarters?

ive just heard clayton lost in the final 3-2 but i dont know who to!

which club in notts do u play for sean! ill have 2 cum and have a nok with ya!

Ashley Carty got the high break of the day with a 84 break!

George Pragnell won the competition mate he plays on the premier tour, he played fantastic throughout the day, George Pragnell beat Clayton 3-2 in the semi final, George won the final easy with a 3-0 win!!!

Hannah Jones lost her first match but lost in the last 16 to Ashley Carty, Harry also got to the quarter final but lost to Clayton 3-0!!!

I play at Bci mate, Yeah it would be nice for you to come over and give me a game sometime, but I mean snooker not a drink contest Lol!!!!

cool BCI is fairly close 2 me well closest in notts bar stabbo! will sort a nok out in near future lad!  :drink: do you know why BCI havent had any open comps lately! also phoenix had a couple a year or so ago! id love 2 come 2 pego! if someone else from my end would come!

The Ambitions Cup was won by George Pragnell (Norwich) beating Steven Hallworth (Lincoln) 3-0.

The plate competition was won by Jack Trueman (Birmingham) beating Toby Simpson (Nottingham) 3-1.
