Handicap Pairs Championship 1st Round Draw

Wong Yip & Sam Haugh (14) have been handed a tough 1st round draw against fellow BCI clubmates Wayne Martin & Steve Coleman (-7) as they look to defend their pairs title. The much fancied pairing from Pegasus of Chris Brooks & Jamie Mathers (-14) will have to overcome a huge 42 point deficit against the Stadium pairing of Pete Gormley and Clary Plowman (28) if they wish to progress in this years competition. The match between Peoples Hall's Nav Hussain & Mohammed Zubair (0) and BCI's Jonathan Mason & Kwok Yip (0) should also be an intrigueing encounter.

All matches are the best of three frames and the deadline for completion of all matches is Thursday 13th November 2008.
