Nottingham Snooker 4th Annual Golf Day & Presentation Dinner

After last years fantastic event i am pleased to announce that this year's event will be held on Tuesday 2nd August 2010 at Oakmere Park Golf Club.

This year we will also be running a team Stableford Competition for the Snooker clubs who have at least 3 players competing as well as the usual Individual Stableford Competition, Longest Drive, Nearest the Pin prizes.

The evening dinner will be followed by the presentation of all the NHSL trophies + all the NBSA Singles/Pairs competitions including the prestigious Notts Amateur title.

Once again it is excellent value with a Bacon Cob and Coffee upon arrival, a round of golf and dinner costing just £20 for NBSA players.

NBSA Players who just want to come to the dinner and presentation need to pay just £10 and this price also applies to Players Wags!

Reserve your places asap to avoid disappointment as the day is limited to just 40 golfers and a total of 80 diners in the evening.

Also, I don't know if this is of interest to you or the committee but when I used to play in the LES&S League the annual presentation night included a band and/or disco which meant the night went onto to around 11.00/midnight and was a really fun night, especially for wags! Just a thought really!

Thanks Jordan i have booked you, Lisa and Sean for a meal - £30 total. Need to collect money next week so if you let me know when you have it i can either collect from BCI or you can drop off and leave behind bar at Pegasus in envelope.  Alternatively you can send a cheque to Steve Butler payable to Nottingham Snooker.

just in case u have newbies to golf attending! who have no gear! i have a set of both left handed and right handed clubs if anyone  needs to borrow them! as u may know im at steves on wednesday so i cud drop them at his! would have loved 2 have come and show you boys my golf prowess! but as per usual hits wen my mrs is at work!

i wanna see some video footage! i want 2 judge whos got the worst golf swing! :thx: i rekon bash might get that trophy! :sorry:

I once got a maximum on the the golf course.18 hole in ones. Iits also on YouTube under "crazy bash playing crazy golf" .

P.s never played golf in my life, will need to use proples clubs. Don't give me anything expensive as I may get sexually frustrated round the course and may start throwing people and their equipment all over the shop. Should be fun.

lol best find out if ya right handed or left handed! b4 u tear up the course! i say that because about 8 years ago i switched from right 2 left hence me still having both sets! my golf claim 2 fame whilst im on is i have actually had a hole in 1 wen i played right handed! :drink:

Please can anyone just confirm, what time you have to be @ the venue on Tuesday if you are just going for the dinner/presentation so I can sort out suitable transportation for my team.........?
