Arnold B took advantage of a recent improvement in form by beating Wollaton despite giving 30 points start.  Scott Bates' Pegasus just could not overcome having to give West Bridgford 160 points.  However this was only the second defeat of the season for Pegasus and they can now concentrate on the league.  Sherwood and Oakleigh both received byes into the next round.

The draws for the semi-finals of both competitions will take place during the next league meeting which will be held at Hillcrest Social Club on February 8th.
