Bill Clarke

Good to see they both had their county passports with them, checked at the border, On Brian Clough way.

Nice to chat with Gentleman Hanzla, as a for that cheeky young kid Sean Hopkins with his flashy snooker, you can keep him to yourelves. :P

Thanks to Jimmy and Elaine, and Jaxx club for the venue.

Derby's Olde Bill is watching you.

A good day yesterday that saw some new faces enter including 10 year old harry weston doing battle with the other young guns, we had 17 players jamie bodle beat mark hayman 3-1 in the final of the main comp whilst troy brett beat young joe reynolds (12) from notts in the plate final another noticable point was Jamies great 111 break and retaining his title, all stats and some pics can be found here. http://derbyshiresnooker.com/JAXX%20COMPS%20RESULTS%20PAGE.html

Jamie Sampson had a fly over on his mean machine for a visit but didnt play but was still great 2 see him.

paul fowell also polled up towards the end of the tournament and did a little presentation  :)

Hi All                                          (Sunday 28th October)

The Competition saw players from far afield with the likes of, The Peterborough Potters: Jason Green, Alfie Polumbo, Spencer Dawkins, Alfretons Arsenal: Glen Shawcroft, Lee Hage, Tom Broughton, Martin Burrell, The Burton Bushwhackers: Jonathan Fletcher, Mitch Hughes, The Dynamic Duo: Mark Jones & Hannah Jones accompanied by fellow resident Belper Bandits: Jimmy Gratton, Paul Ogden, Ste Robinson, Bill Clarke, Notts were represented by Young gun Joe Reynolds & Dad & super smooth cueist Lee Crombie, not sure were Brett & Hopkin fall into any category as there joined at the hip but have a mention! The Newark Gentleman: Dave Jobling, Long Eatons: No Mercy Tom Kerslake & Mansfields Massive Lee Spick.

Some quality snooker throughout the day with very tight matches and decent breaks going in! Mark Jones when on 87 missing a reletivly easy brown which could have seen him make his first match 100 break for some time.

Lee Spick making a 99 clearance against Jonathan Fletcher.

Martin Burrell with breaks of 94 & 88 in the same match.

Group A saw a play off to qualify for the main comp between Tom Kerslake & Jonathan Fletcher with Tom prevailing.

Group B saw its first ever 3 way play off between Dave Jobling, Mark Jones & Jimmy Gratton as all players were tied for 1st place, the format was decided to play a best of 3 blackball shootout, a good crowd gathered to watch this spectacle with some fun and frolics along the way!

Dave & Mark both coming through to top there group as they both beat Jimmy.

Overall another great day and we hope you can all make the next one on Sunday 16th December

I stopped what I was doing today at exactly 12h::12min:12s.
I checked my calendar and the date was 12/12/12, this gave me the precise date and time as
12:12:12:12:12:12.
That's two lots of 6 6 6.
Then I looked to the sky and seen two large beast falling towards the earth.
God had sent them from hell.
They will soon land on earth, bringing all life to an end.

Bash
I am sending u this from mosque al aqsa in Jerusalem.
The beasts won't find me there cause I'm hiding behind the golden dome.

CUEBOY

Bash

Is that your way of saying you wont be attending.

Nav Hussain

from my conclusion , i think bash is the beast with his latest hairdo. I saw him running at wollaton park, so decided to see what he was doing and when he turned around, i took a quick picture of him.
