Chris Brooks made a 34 near clearance to win the first frame only missing the black for 41 or so he thought! Seeing the black rattle Chris started to re-rack only for the black to roll into the middle bag! oh well.  I put up a little resistance in the second frame forging out a twenty something lead but i missed a couple of good opportunities and was punished with Chris clearing up from the green. The final frame took a similiar pattern and i had a long brown for potentially my first competitive frame against Mr Brooks, sadly i missed it and Chris cleared up again...For the record Chris is now whipping me
18-0 in competitive frames!!!
