Singles 2 Beeston: Beeston's Ant McMahon replied by beating Malc Belshaw by 47pts

Singles 2 Arnold: Johnny Kareer helped Beeston take the lead by beating an out of practice James Notman by 73pts giving Beeston a 10pt lead over Arnold

Singles 3 Beeston: Neil Jones got off to a big lead over Gary Spencer, who needed snookers to win the frame, but the Arnold captain wasnt giving up and got the snooker and cleared the table with a 30-something break to beat Jones by 3pts

Singles 3 Arnold: Tom Walters gave Beeston a massive boost by beating Brian Kinton by 97pts.

Pairs Arnold: The Beeston pairing of Tom and Johnny got off to a good start but James Notman pulled off a 32 clearance to to beat the Beeston pair by a single pt.

Pairs Beeston: At this point Beeston was 103 pts ahead going into the final game of the evening, Arnolds Gary and Chris needed something special to win the match, but Beeston Neil Jones and Andy Spicer restricted Arnold their pts and with 4 Reds left and Arnold ahead in the frame by only 4pts, Arnold conceded the frame
