At Sherwood, Tony HART and Malc BELSHAW won  their singles but Brian KINTON lost. In the pairs Malc & Brian beat the home pair.
At Arnold wins for Chris WINTER ( 51 break), Gary SPENCER and John FOUNTAIN in the singles but WINTER & NOTMAN managed to lose the pairs on the blue and pink.  Total 6 -2. - (should have been 7-1)
