Seedings/Draws
No draws will be seeded and each round will have the "FA Cup" format, which will incur a new draw at the completion of each round.

If byes are required these will be given at random.

Round Structure
Matches will be played on timed sessions and play will commence at the given time by the club management each day and will continue until all matches are completed.

All matches in the round robin qualifiers will be two frames against each opponent in that group. Up to and including the Last 16 will be the best of 9 frames, Quarter Finals and Semi Finals will be best of 11 frames and the

Final will be the best of 17 frames.

Prize Money

Prize money to be paid directly at the event in Gloucester

Tour Structure
At the end of the qualifiers which will be played at your local club(s) the invited players will join the tournament (still required to pay the £20 entry fee) should any of the professionals decline the invitation, the space will then be offered to a leading player eliminated at club level. This will incur a buy in process of £20 which will protect the prize fund which we have estimated to be £10,000

PLAYING FORMAT

Dear player,

On Q promotions presents "The Pink Ribbon Trophy" in conjunction with our partners and chosen charity Breast Cancer Care.
All the preliminary rounds will be played at your local club and regional rounds at a club that is regional to you.
It is only when and if you reach the final stages that you will be expected to travel to Gloucester.

Should you be the leading club player (non professional) at the conclusion of the tournament then you will win the right to have the Pink Army attend your local club for an evening of entertainment, members of the pink army include Stephen Lee, Rob Milkin's, Jimmy White, Michael Wasley but to name a few.

The prize fund is an estimated £10,000 and paid down to the last 32 players.
To ensure that you all get an opportunity to progress in the tournament, the preliminary rounds are played in a round robin format hopefully with lots of games.
We will also endeavour to alert your local press with results etc.

Once you have registered and entered the Pink Ribbon Trophy, all playing details, opponents, dates and times will be posted at your club, they will also be posted on the website.
There are a set of rules in the players pack we would ask you all to abide by them.

Once all the preliminary and regional rounds are completed the PIOS and players from the Professional ranks join the proceedings when the tournament then reverts to knock out basis,
The following rounds are then drawn "FA CUP" style until we arrive with a winner.

There will be no seeding of players and the draw will take place at a local snooker club in full view of the snooker playing public.

Your results must be recorded and registered at the relevant clubs, we will not accept any unofficial result sheets.
The club will then forward the results to the organisers, all players will abide by the rules of their relevant clubs and the rules set down by On Q promotions.

Every player will play two frames against each of their opponents in a round robin format, after all the games have been played the players in pole position will go forward to the next round, in the event of a draw, frames won and conceded will determine the results, if it is still a stalemate then the result of the match between the players will determine the result, if there is still no conclusion, then a one frame "sudden death" match will be played.
The number of players that progress to the next round will be determined by the number of players that enter the tournament.

All that is left to say is enjoy the tournament and the friendship of those around you.
