Charity Shield 2010 - Wednesday 22 September @ BCI

Last year the NHSL team won the Charity Challenge Shield in a close match that finished 6-5.  After winning the Shield the year before, NNIA will be keen to regain the title this time around.

This year's event will be held at BCI Snooker Centre on Wednesday 22 September 2010 at 7.30pm.

Teams will consist of at least 11 players and frames will be played as follows:

   10      Player - name to be confirmed      v      Ross Wilkin   
   11      Player - name to be confirmed      v      Chris Brooks

The winning team will be awarded the prestigious Charity Shield.

FORMAT

The evening is designed to be a light hearted affair which is aimed at raising money for charity.

Each player will pay £2 plus 20p for every foul they make.  Skinflints need not apply!

The winning team will be the one who wins the most frames (it will NOT be based on aggregate scores)

Players wishing to play for the NNIA team should contact Bob Wright and players wishing to play for the NHSL team should contact Steve Butler.

Can you bring your daughter along?  It might put him off so much that he commits loads of fouls and at 20p per time that could leave him skint!

Luckily I'm not playing tonight Snake!!!!!
I'll bring her along to watch the charity game - he went red when I mentioned she was coming to the Jimmy White night.
Poor lad gets embarrased quite easily - it will be good watching him empty his piggy bank on the night  ;)
