Rule Change 3 - Handicaps

Please note the following rule change for the 2009/10 season.

C.   Player and Team Handicaps

1.   A handicap committee comprising of 3 people will sit to decide the individual player handicap of any player that did not previously possess a handicap.  Existing handicaps will be adjusted based on performance during the previous season.  All handicaps will apply for the duration of the season.

5.   Team handicaps will apply in Knockout Cup and Knockout Plate competitions only.  Team handicaps will be agreed upon prior to first round draw taking place.
