Nick Lester had a good 3-1 win against Lee Thorn and he catapults up to 35th position. That's Nick's fourth win in a row, clearly a man in-form.

Carl Smith climbs to 38th position thanks to a 4-1 victory over Ben Reed.

Ellis Abbott started his campaign with a victory. He beat Istvan Sereg 3-0 at Spot On Hucknall and he climbs one place to 69th.

Ben Green fought off the challenge of Darryl Clarke with a 3-1 win and he stays in 14th position.

The final match of the day was an absolute cracker. Ben Monk took the first two frames against Moe Anyanwu, but Moe fought back to level at 2-2. Moe then had a chance to pot the final black along the cushion to take the lead, but he missed and Ben gratefully potted it to go 3-2 up. Moe tightened things up in the next frame and some good long potting and excellent safety play secured him the frame to level the match at 3-3 and force a decider. A tight final frame ended up going Ben's way - much to his relief - and he holds on to 25th position with a hard fought 4-3 victory.
