Steve D'Arcy led 1-0 against Ben Reed and then made a 32 break in the next but Ben potted some great balls and took the frame to level the match at 1-1. Steve then edged the next three frames for a 4-1 win that keeps him in 34th position. That's Steve's third win in five matches.

Mark Taylor enjoyed the rub of the green against Adam Moss, who gave a fair few points away in fouls. A tight match finished 4-2 to Mark who remains 20th.

Two of the leagues most in-form players met last night. Patrick Ashurst and Martin Conway had each only lost one match all season going into this encounter at Spot On Hucknall. Patrick ran out a 3-0 winner and he holds on to 5th position. Martin remains in 8th.

Shane Miles beat James Baillie 3-0 at Carlton Liberal Club and he climbs to 67th position on the Ladder.
