Notts Amateur Snooker Championship
Defending champion Keith Holgate is through to the quarter-finals after an excellent 3-0 win against Nav Hussain. Keith made a lovely 78 break as well as a couple of 30s.
Wayne Martin, who won the 2020 championship, is also through to the quarter-finals. He beat Patrick Hort 4-2 in a really close match at Spot On Sneinton. Wayne came back from 1-2 down with breaks of 35, 39 and 46.

Intermediate Handicap Snooker Championship
Jamie Barker beat James Baillie 2-1, but he had to come back from 0-1 down. Jamie won the decider on the colours to secure his place in the next round.
Gary Spencer edged a close match with Nick Sharp. Gary won 3-0 but all three frames went down to the pink and black.
The third match of the day saw Moe Anyanwu take on Shane Miles. Shane won the first frame but then Moe reeled of four frames in a row to win the match 4-1.
