He won it in 2023 and now Richard Sutton (+21) has won the Silver Handicap title again, this time with a very narrow 3-2 victory over Jordan Parnham (+7).

Spot On Hucknall hosted this year’s Silver Handicap final – which turned into a marathon 3 1/2 hour best of five.
Frame 1
Sutton had the benefit of a 14-point start but struggled to get going and conceded frame 1 on the green with the deficit well over 30 points. 1-0 to Parnham
Frame 2
The second frame was a messy affair with the colours tied up for much of the frame. Parnham was 30+ points adrift with just the colours to go. Sutton butchered a pot on the yellow but it rolled up the other end and dropped in. 1-1
Frame 3
Frame 3 was closer but Parnham regrouped to take it after a run of 26 and a gorgeous blue down the length of the side cushion. 2-1 Parnham
Frame 4
Frame 4 was again scrappy and went all the way to the final black. After a safety exchange Sutton took on an optimistic pot and was pleased to see it hit the back of the pocket. 2-2
Frame 5
The deciding frame was understandably cagey. Parnham was again frustrated to see the colours running into difficult positions and remained 20 adrift as they went into the colours. Parnham took yellow, green and brown and sank another glorious blue down the side rail. But the following pink left Sutton with a good chance which he duly rolled in to take the match. Richard 3-2 Jordan
