There were no matches played yesterday.
I have introduced a new column to the statistics page (page 4) of the Ladder PDF Document entitled LTA (Lead time average).
I have also intruduced a new rule 54 into the Ladder Rules Document which reads as follows:
Rule 54
Lead time is the number of days that elapse between a challenge form being processed and the match being played.
Lead time average ("LTA") is the average lead time over all matches that a player has played.
If a player has a LTA of 0-7 days, their LTA will be highlighted in green. This is an excellent LTA.
If a player has a LTA of 8-14 days, their LTA will be highlighted in blue. This is an acceptable LTA.
If a player has a LTA of 15-21 days, their LTA will be highlighted in red. This is a poor LTA and players who finish the season with a red LTA will receive a financial penalty equating to 50% of any prize money due to them.
This rule is necessary in order to discourage players (particularly those players occupying the top 16 money spots) from persistently arranging matches for the last few days prior to the 21 day match deadline.
