Also through, but by the skin of his teeth, is Steve D'Arcy. He edged a really close match win Alan Caulton 3-2.

Ant McMahon went 2-0 up against Keith Holgate thanks to some great long puts and excellent safety play. However Keith battled back to level at 2-2. In the decider Ant got in first and Keith found himself requiring snookers on the blue. Ant managed to see the match out for an impressive victory.
