Audie Miller started his match with Wayne Martin very strongly, hardly missing a ball. But a timely 41 break from Wayne saw him take a 1-0 lead. Audie then went 45 points up in frame two, but Wayne made a lovely 64 clearance to lead 2-0. Wayne tightened things up in frame three and he went on to win it to secure a 3-0 victory and a semi-final spot.
