Semi-Final 1

Andrew Diacopoulos took a 2-0 lead against Richard Wheelhouse, but Richard had a run of 42 in the third frame to reduce the deficit. He then looked on course to level the match but he lost position from yellow to green. Andrew cleared the table from the blue, including a terrific black, to win the match 3-1 and seal his place in this season's final.

Semi-Final 2

Steve Donner won a tight first frame against Keith Holgate which saw good safety play from both players, but Steve capitalised on Keith's mistakes. Steve then went 2-0 up after taking the second frame on the black. In the third frame, ever the sportsman, Keith declared a foul on himself which Steve didn't see. Steve then made lovely 70 break to win frame and match 3-0.

Open Singles Snooker Championship

Patrick Ashurst had a good 3-0 away win against Danny Ould yesterday, securing his place in the last 16.
