January on the Ladder

January on the Ladder

We have seen 4 players leave the Ladder since the end of December, reducing the total number of competitors to 53. The cut-off for new registrations has now passed, so the current participants will battle it out during February to see how high they can finish.

There were 60 matches played during January which is the highest number of matches played in any month this season.

Defenders did marginally better than Challengers during January, with Defenders winning 31 matches and Challengers winning 29.

The average number of days between challenges being made and matches being played was 6 which was the same as December.
