The Towers get their first win of the season!!

Monday Team League

The Towers got their season back on track with a solid 5-1 win against BCI Hotshots.

Solid wins for Bob Gould, Andy Diacopoulos and the combined pairing of Dan Moll/Bob Gould doing the damage for the Mansfield side.

Diacopoulos making a 42 break in his singles frame against Josh Morley.

Josh Morley got a consolation frame for BCI with a singles point against Dan Moll.

This win takes Towers up the table and only one more solid win from being amongst the league leaders.

BCI AJ had a solid 5-1 win against Carlton A, putting them mid-table and right in the mix.

Wins for Ash Field, Jacob Reynolds and Talvin Mudhar putting them in the driving seat.

Kev Barlow taking the solitary win for Carlton in his defeat of Ash Field.

The Venue kept their title hunt on track with a great away 5-1 win at BCI B.

Solid performances by Andy Wain and Don Merry get the Rainworth side into second place.

Marc Morrisey taking the only frame for BCI.

Spot On Hucknall had a solid win 5-1 against Carlton B.

Joe Reynolds producing some great breaks (73, 40, 32) in his singles frames.

Other wins for Wayne Martin and the pairing of Daz Clarke & Ben Cooper for the Hucknall side.

Dan Di Falco getting a point for Carlton in his singles frame victory.

Lenton retain the top spot with a solid 4-2 win against Triple S.

Lenton doing the damage with wins for Phil Connolly and Danial Kamran in the singles and a scotch pairs victory over county players Adam Clift and Steve Donner.

Some notable breaks on the night with 40 from Steve Donner and a contribution of 39 from Phil Connolly.

Its cup week next week and the quarter finals of this year’s Knockout competition.
