Wayne Martin is crowned Singles League Division 1 Champion 2024-25
Congratulations to Wayne Martin who has narrowly pipped Andrew Diacopoulos to win Division 1 of the Singles League. He finished level on points with Andrew, but on the head-to-head results, Wayne won 3-1 away in October and then 3-0 at home in January.
The battle for 3rd place was between three players, but it’s Dave Bolton who takes it thanks to his superior frame difference against his rivals, Chris Winter and Nav Hussain.
Despite his impressive final match victory over Chris Winter, Keith Holgate has finished 4 points adrift at the foot of the table and so he is relegated to Division 2.
