Monday Team League

The Nottingham Snooker League 23/24 will go down to the last game of the season with Spot on Hucknall and Lenton Liberal only separated on frame difference.

Spot on face BCI AJ and Lenton Liberal face BCI B in a shoot out to become league champions.

The Venue 5-1 Triple S

The Venue dealt a blow to league favourites Triple S with a commanding 5-1 win. Putting The Venue 3^rd in the table.

Both Andy Wain and Don Merry scoring good wins against great opposition in Adam Clift and Rob Mullis.

Carlton A 0-6 Spot on Hucknall

A miserable night for bottom side Carlton A who were whitewashed at home by Hucknall.

Solid wins for the Hucknall side in their pursuit of the league title.

BCI B 4-2 The Towers

BCI B scored a good win against The Towers. Wins for Liam Morrisey, Paul Wainwright Snr at singles and a pairs win doing the damage.

Andy Taylor winning both his singles games for the Mansfield team.

BCI AJ 2-4 Lenton Liberal

Lenton continued their pursuit for the league title with a good away win against BCI AJ.

Wins for Phil Connolly and Dan Kamran at singles and a pairs victory for Jon Shapland and Phil Connolly doing the damage.

Congratulations to Phil Connolly on his fantastic pool win this week as well.

He is now the European Over 60’s Singles Pool champion. Huge congratulations Phil.

Lenton Liberal 5-1 Carlton A

Last match this week saw a rearranged match getting completed.

Again, it was Lenton getting a great result at Carlton and pulling them level on points with Hucknall.

Kev Barlow getting the one frame for Carlton and solid wins for Dan Kamran, Jon Shapland, and Phil Connolly at pairs.
